My 7 day Challenge Overview

Today is the final day of my 7 Day Challenge to help encourage a lifestyle change. Instead of sharing my daily journal I thought we would look at all the tasks I completed through out the week. Remember we talked about how to build a day to day routine on my page called Lifestyle Changes. Today we will focus on what my accomplishments were and whether I was able to utilize at least one task from each category. The purpose of this excessive is to create a scheduled day that you can manage. rather than a daily routine.
Give me a reason to get out of bed and Ill give you ten reasons to stay in bed!

You can include these as a part of your seven day challenge. However sadly there are situations where reminders are very important. In order to complete a day to day schedule it is important that your ready for change.
My Seven Day Journal Update
Daily Chores– Through out the week I completed my laundry, mopped my floors, tidied my room, cleaned my bathroom, and today I dusted my living room. In conclusion I was able to complete a different task for each day of the week.
Self Care– This week I showered and brushed my teeth on a regular basis. I also clipped my nails and styled my hair.
Hobbies, games and talents-I played lots of darts and Yahtzee with my daughter Brittany. This week I enjoyed shopping and lunch with my daughter Mallory. I also managed to blog 6 out of seven days as part of my seven day challenge. This was a huge success.
Socializing-It was an exciting week of visitors. My daughter Mallory was over twice this week. Brittany’s Grandparents came for a quick visit and I enjoyed coffee and baked goodies with my good friend. I was also able to take time out and comment social media platforms including word press. My mother always called me a social butterfly and I must admit this is an easy task for me.
Responsibility– There were a lot of responsibilities but I am happy to report that I was able to complete one each day. The list included setting up appointments, Follow-up with pharmacy regarding med changes, Filling out forms both online and paper forms and paying bills. This was not an easy task but doing one each day really made a difference.
Health and Wellness-This week I focused on drinking water almost every day. I don’t like water but I know how important it is for your body. I also did my best to remember my pills every day. I managed to exercise one day this week and ate breakfast twice this week.
You never fail as long as you keep trying. There’s always tomorrow!
