How to build a new lifestyle

When life changes, changing your life can encourage a healthier lifestyle for the future. However this can be a difficult task for anyone dealing with a brain injury or mental health concerns. Over thinking often emerges as the primary obstacle for many facing mental challenges. This mental strain can cause significant effects, leading to physical and emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, confusion, memory loss as well as body aches and physical exhaustion.

Negative thoughts can consume you even before you rise from your bed, causing you to dread a long and tedious day ahead. This is why it’s crucial to transform those negative thoughts into a positive mindset. One effective way to achieve this is by having a plan in place before you wake up in the morning. Once your awake you will feel motivated, energetic and eager to start the day. My aim is to offer you a simple and enjoyable tool that allows you to organize your thoughts and prepare for a successful and rewarding day.

How Does It Work?

Simply choose a block that is colored and and build activities that correspond to the entitled list above. List as many activities as you can, chooses activities that are both practical and achievable.

  • Step One-Choose the colored block where you feel most confident in reaching your goals. The list heading is used to help you organize a healthy lifestyle. Start with one list heading; example chores and list chores you believe are within your reach. You don’t want to put mopping floors on your list if your mobility is compromised. Check out the sample chart below.
  • Step two-Repeat the same for the other List headings.
  • Step 3- Choose one activity from each list that you feel most confident in achieving.
  • Step 4-Decide how much time you will apply for each list
  • Step 5-Determine the number of hours you would like to allocate for a full days chart. Ultimately the choice is up to you, feel free to be creative and design a chart that feels most comfortable for you.
  • Step 6-Start your morning planning the activity you chose to start your day with. Get excited and be creative.
  • Step 7- Shine some light in your room and open all windows and curtains. Breath in that fresh air and prepare for a fantastic day.

What is the purpose of a lifestyle chart

The purpose of this activity is to help you become motivated and more productive. Once you understand the power of positive thinking I am confident that you will continue with a successful path. The possibilities for a brighter future are endless. Building character can lead to meeting like minded people and help you become more open to social engagements. There are a wide variety of ways this chart may be of use however the goal is to stay organized and manage easy lifestyle you can build on for a better future.. .

In Conclusion

In conclusion, I am not a professional therapist or have any medical terms to reassure that my guide to a better lifestyle is full proof. This is an alternative if all professional help has failed you in the past. I can promise you that I am in the process of helping my young adult child achieve her goals using this guide and although their have been ups and downs, she is always willing to get back on that horse and give it another round.
